Dr Abraham is the holder of a Master’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, United Kingdom and a Doctorate in Religious Philosophy majoring in Leadership and Organisational Development from Logos University, Jacksonville, Florida, U.S.A.

As an Executive Program Leader on the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, a global leadership training organisation, Dr. Abraham is an Executive Coach to business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals and executives. With over three decades experience in leadership, organization, personal development, mentoring and speaking, Joseph is the co-license holder of Live2Lead featuring John C. Maxwell and other world class leaders.

Dr Abraham is also the founder and chairman of Freedom House Inc., a faith-based, non-profit organization, incorporated via Act of Parliament in the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. He is the Chancellor of Freedom House Training Institute. He is a member of the Chaguanas Chamber of Industry and Commerce (CCIC), in the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago and Logos Global Network (LGN), USA.

Teresa Abraham is a transformational leader and gifted communicator with over 30 years experience in administration, organisational development and governance.

She is a Director/Owner of Success Training Systems Ltd.

Teresa is the holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Theology and Leadership from Aidan University, Florida, USA and is currently reading for her Masters Degree in Leadership and Management with Aidan University.

As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker, Trainer and Coach, and a member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, Teresa serves as an executive coach and mentor.

She is the co-founder and vice-chairman of Freedom House Inc., a faith-based, non-profit organization, incorporated via Act of Parliament in the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago. Teresa serves on the Board of Advisors of iChurch Global, Florida, USA.

Nicole is a multi-faceted, high-performance professional with the capacity to deliver results in a challenging business environment.

She is a Director of Innovative Solutions Company Ltd. and Tech Investments Company Ltd., an energy services company with over 18 years-experience providing services in Trinidad, the Caribbean, Latin America and the USA.

Nicole currently serves as Director of Strategic Business at Innovative Solutions and is responsible for new business development & construction.

She has over two decades of experience in the energy and non-energy sectors, in plant and facilities management, maintenance systems management, optimum production enhancement and project management. She has several years’ experience serving on the board of a for-profit retail company and a non-profit organisation.

Mrs. Nicole Joseph-Melville is the holder of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Production Engineering and Management both from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine. She also earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, United Kingdom, and is currently reading for her Master of Laws (LLM) at the same institution.

Nicole is an Executive Program Leader on the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team as well as a co- license holder of Live2Lead featuring John C. Maxwell and other world class leaders. She is a member of The American Chamber of Commerce of Trinidad and Tobago (AMCHAM) and the Chaguanas Chamber of Industry and Commerce (CCIC) also in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

Dr. Louis Percival Anthony Nurse, is the Executive Chairman of LPN Services Ltd. With over 30 years-experience, Dr. Nurse specializes in strategic planning, project leadership, organisational development and corporate governance.

He is a strategic thinker, thought leader and master communicator.

Dr Nurse is the author of the book “Success Through the Spoken Word: Achieve Your Dreams Control Your Destiny

He is Chairman and Director on several Boards in Trinidad and Tobago.

Dr Nurse is the holder of a Diploma in Management (Dip Mgt), a Master in Business Administration from the Henley Business School, Oxfordshire, London, United Kingdom. He has earned a Master of Laws (LLM) and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) both from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, United Kingdom.

He was awarded for his pioneering research in Project Planning and Management in Public Sector Organisations.
